This is really interesting! I’ve been looking at Merit for a while but didn’t know it was finally here in Australia

Couldn't agree more with everything you said! I'm going to have to borrow your solo shadow and give it a second try

Well you've just saved me a lot of $$$ Thank you for your honest review - it was great to see the products on a real live face too. I've been curious about Merit for years and was eagerly waiting for it to drop in Australia today. Honestly I'm a bit disappointed- probably because I've been waiting so long to try it, but from your reviews, as far as Merit goes, if I want a natural no make-up look it seems I'm better off wearing no make-up :( I will, however try the eye shadow, and the lipstick, and report back here. Thanks again.

Of course! It's what I always look for when I'm weighing up whether to buy something. I think you'll love the eyeshadow and the lipstick, definitely let us know how you go xx

Thank you for this. It’s very helpful. I’m really keen to try Merit but didn’t know where to start with which products and which shades. I want to try the eyeshadow product and the lip oil, and I think also the mascara and brow pencil

It’s hard without getting to swatch! My picks would be the lip oil in a nice neutral, the brow pencil and a neutral shade of the shadows.

Yes, without seeing the colours in real life it’s definitely harder.

Also, do you know if they are shipping from the US or do they have a local distributor? If waiting for it to arrive for a couple of weeks from the US, that puts me off because it doesn’t feel like a real launch into Aus.

On a separate note, they have nailed the positioning and marketing, as the five minute make up routine that you can’t get wrong, appeals to me so much as a working mum.

Totally, agree it appeals to me too! I'm always down to do more with less haha. They're shipping from the US I believe.

Kate can you PLEASE do a breakdown of Sienna Miller’s summer beauty routine using Charlotte Tilbury products? Especially the glow stick? I’m getting hammered on Instagram by it non-stop! 🙏🩷
